End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you and HU$TLE. By downloading, installing, or using the HU$TLE application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, HU$TLE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for your personal or business use.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the application

3. Ownership

The application and all rights, title, and interest in and to the application (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of HU$TLE. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. However, by submitting content, you grant HU$TLE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

5. Updates and Modifications

HU$TLE may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the application. These updates may be automatically installed without providing additional notice or receiving additional consent.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. HU$TLE may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any provision.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HU$TLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HU$TLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HU$TLE operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to This Agreement

HU$TLE reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
