When a job poster accepts your work, they pay the full amount. We hold the payment securely and release 90% to you after deducting a 10% platform fee.

On any job details page, you'll find a "Report This Job" button. Click it and describe the issue. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

After completing a job, both parties can leave reviews. Reviews help build trust in our community and appear on user profiles.

If you're not satisfied with a job, you can submit a dispute from the job completion page. Our support team will review the case and work with both parties to resolve it fairly.
