Welcome to HU$TLE. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform. By using HU$TLE, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HU$TLE. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use HU$TLE, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Use the platform for any illegal activities
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4. Job Postings

When posting jobs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions
  • Pay agreed-upon amounts for completed work
  • Treat workers with respect and professionalism
  • Comply with all employment and labor laws
  • Not post discriminatory or illegal job listings

5. Workers

As a worker, you agree to:

  • Perform work as described and agreed upon
  • Communicate professionally with job posters
  • Complete jobs in a timely manner
  • Maintain necessary licenses and insurance
  • Report income as required by law

6. Payments and Fees

HU$TLE charges a 10% platform fee on all job payments, deducted from the worker's earnings. Job posters pay the full agreed amount.

  • All payments are processed securely through our platform
  • Payments are held until job completion
  • Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution process
  • We may change fees with 30 days notice

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises between users, our support team will review the case and work to resolve it fairly. Our decision is final. Users agree to cooperate with the dispute resolution process.

8. Content

You are responsible for any content you post. HU$TLE reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We do not pre-screen content but may review reported content.

9. Intellectual Property

The HU$TLE platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by HU$TLE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Delete Account page.

11. Disclaimer

HU$TLE is a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of jobs or services posted. Users interact at their own risk. We do not employ or supervise workers.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HU$TLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HU$TLE harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HU$TLE operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
